2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Copyright Agent. To be valid, the Counter-Notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district (or if you are outside the United States, a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in a court of competent jurisdiction).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may reinstate the removed content or restore access to it within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner provides us with a court order to prevent the reinstatement.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Comty Games Hub has adopted a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If we determine that a user is repeatedly infringing on copyrights, their access to our platform may be permanently suspended.
